Overview:

In this project, I conducted a heuristic evaluation of Disney+ Hotstar to assess the usability of its user interface against established heuristics. The primary goal was to identify potential usability problems that could affect the user experience and offer insights for improvement.

Key Finding:

• Consistency and Standards: One of the significant issues identified during the evaluation was the inconsistency in the home screen design of Disney+ Hotstar. Unlike other apps that maintain a consistent layout and design language throughout, Disney+ Hotstar's home screen lacked uniformity. This inconsistency can lead to user confusion and disrupt the overall user experience, as users might find it challenging to navigate and interact with the app efficiently.

This finding suggests that Disney+ Hotstar could benefit from revisiting their design guidelines to ensure that the app's interface remains consistent across all screens, aligning with industry standards and user expectations.
