About the Project:
The Zaaroz Admin Panel is a crucial tool for managing the backend operations of Zaaroz's services. This revamp project focused on enhancing the usability and functionality of the admin panel, making it more efficient and aligned with current design trends. The goal was to solve existing problems identified through user research and create a more intuitive and effective interface for the Zaaroz team.
Research and Design Process:
User Research:
Conducted in-depth user research by interviewing office mates who regularly use the admin panel. The research aimed to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and user preferences.
Collected feedback on the existing panel's design and functionality, gaining insights into areas that needed improvement.
Prioritized user suggestions and issues based on frequency and impact, focusing on the most critical aspects of the panel.
Problem Solving and Feature Updates:
Based on the research findings, I identified multiple problems within the existing admin panel, such as complex navigation, outdated UI elements, and a lack of user-friendly features.
Implemented solutions that included simplifying the navigation structure, updating the design to match current trends, and adding new features that improve the overall user experience.
